
Return & Cancellation Policy

This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations for services, classes, retreats, and product purchases offered through Rebecca Krug’s professional services.
1. Therapy Session Cancellation Policy
Therapy services offered through Education and Behavioral Solutions, LLC have the following cancellation terms:

You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 business hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a $100 cancellation charge. This charge is not billable to insurance.

The only exception is cancellation due to illness or emergency — no exceptions for work conflicts or scheduling issues.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session is considered missed and the $100 fee applies.

The cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file on the date of service, unless other arrangements have been made.

Frequent cancellations or no‑shows (e.g. 3 or more in 6 months or 2 consecutively) may lead to discontinuation of services.

2. Classes, Retreats, and Workshops
Offered via Rebecca Krug Art and G Squared Studios:
- All payments for classes, retreats, and workshops are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule into a future session of the same offering, subject to availability and advance notice.
- Registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing.
3. Digital Products and Courses
Sold through RebeccaKrugArt.com and G Squared Studios:
- All sales are final — no refunds for digital products, including courses, curriculum guides, worksheets, etc.
- If you experience technical issues accessing your digital purchase, contact us for support.
4. Physical Products (Art, Kits, Books, etc.)
- All physical item sales (e.g. artwork, kits, books, journals) are final — no returns or refunds.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo. We may offer a replacement subject to availability.
